Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Delivery Manager to join a major transformation program in a hybrid work setting. The successful candidate will lead the coordination of projects and workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and operational readiness while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage project and delivery plans, milestones, schedules, and dependencies.
- Coordinate delivery teams, stakeholders, governance forums, and supplier engagement.
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and regular project reporting.
- Support service transition activities, including readiness assessments and operational handover.
- Ensure delivery aligns with service design, operating models, and support arrangements.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies impacting delivery or service continuity.
- Coordinate mobilization, communications, implementation planning, and early life support activities.
- Support transition into live operation and post-implementation stabilization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar project delivery role.
- Strong understanding of project planning, governance, risk management, and dependency tracking.
- Experience delivering projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of project delivery, governance, and service transition principles.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience within Public Sector, Government, Defence, or secure environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SIAM and multi-supplier environments is advantageous.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
