Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects in a contract role for a manufacturing business. The contractor will collaborate with various teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining communication with customers on progress and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time within scope and budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a project manager role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in fast-paced manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
