Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer to join our team on a 3-month hybrid contract, focusing on supporting a critical system replacement program. The successful candidate will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality testing of system integrations, data migrations, and business processes, contributing to the overall success of user acceptance testing and go-live activities.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain test plans, scripts, and documentation.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate data migration, data quality, and reconciliation.
- Manage defects and collaborate with developers to verify fixes.
- Support user acceptance testing, release readiness, and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Previous QA experience on a business-system implementation.
- Strong manual, integration, and regression testing skills.
- Experience testing web applications and business-critical systems.
- Data migration, validation, and reconciliation experience.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable: Experience testing CRM, ERP, MIS, or finance systems.
- Desirable: API testing and experience using Azure DevOps or Jira.
