Overview
As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, you will take full ownership of the testing function within a high-impact Salesforce transformation project. Leading a small team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and a Salesforce delivery partner to shape and implement the testing strategy while ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal business teams. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the project from go-live through to subsequent delivery phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small QA team to ensure high-quality testing deliverables.
- Own the end-to-end testing strategy for the Salesforce transformation project.
- Manage Jira for defect tracking and reporting.
- Produce executive-level test dashboards and metrics to communicate testing progress.
- Coordinate business testing activities with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Test Lead or QA Lead in a relevant environment.
- Strong background in Salesforce testing methodologies and best practices.
- Expertise in Jira for defect management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in leading and mentoring testing teams.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Experience with automation testing is a plus, but the current focus is on manual testing.
