Overview
The Retail Banking Project Manager will oversee the execution of multiple banking projects concurrently, ensuring effective collaboration between business and technology teams. This role requires a strong background in private and retail banking, with expertise in managing debit and credit card projects. The successful candidate will be focused on stakeholder management and delivering projects on time while adhering to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple banking projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across both business and IT teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and priorities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the banking sector.
- Proven track record of managing 5+ projects at the same time.
- Strong background in private banking and retail banking.
- Experience with debit and credit card project implementations.
- Exposure to Islamic banking and related accounts is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex banking processes and systems.
