Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst Lead specializing in SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA for a contract role. The contractor will collaborate with HR, IT, and offshore delivery teams to deliver HR and payroll projects, focusing on data strategy, migration, and system support. This position involves a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days on-site attendance in London each week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP SuccessFactors HR and payroll projects.
- Manage data strategy, migration planning, and mapping activities.
- Provide hands-on administration and maintenance support for SuccessFactors.
- Conduct payroll testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Resolve HRIS troubleshooting and issue management tasks.
- Gather requirements and perform business analysis for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and offshore teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in HR and payroll projects.
- Expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong background in data strategy, data migration, and quality management.
- Experience with payroll testing and system integration testing.
- Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors administration and application support.
- Solid skills in business analysis and project management.
- Ability to communicate confidently with various stakeholder teams.
