Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a Defence project, requiring active MoD DV clearance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate requirements gathering, manage user stories, and support IT service management initiatives. This position is hybrid, requiring two days a week on-site in Corsham.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize project backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder management and communication across teams.
- Support the implementation of Agile methodologies within the project.
- Conduct process modeling to map current and future states (As-Is / To-Be).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, particularly in infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
- Experience in managing user stories and backlogs.
- Active MoD DV clearance is mandatory.
