Overview
We are looking for multiple experienced Senior Business Analysts to contribute to a major Bus Franchising and Transport Transformation Programme over an initial 9-month engagement. The successful candidates will collaborate across various business and technology workstreams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into suitable solutions, with a focus on areas such as fares, ticketing, network management, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Design future-state processes and define operating models.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide support during procurement and supplier engagement processes.
- Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Ensure operational readiness prior to implementation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for business intelligence.
- Engage in contract management and compliance assurance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering business analysis for complex technology or transformation programmes.
- Strong skills in requirements management and process design.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication.
- Experience in public sector or transport-related projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of smart ticketing, network planning, and customer experience strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance and business intelligence tools.
