Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RAID Manager to oversee integrated RAID and dependency management within a large-scale technology and data transformation programme. In this senior programme-level position, you will work closely with various teams and key stakeholders to identify and resolve risks and dependencies that could impact delivery plans and milestones. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to challenge stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring accountability in the resolution of complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the integrated RAID and dependency view across domains, workstreams and suppliers.
- Drive consistent identification, assessment, ownership and resolution of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Lead cross-domain and cross-supplier dependency management, identifying impacts on delivery plans, milestones and critical paths.
- Support PI planning, integrated delivery planning, test, environment and release planning.
- Identify emerging risks, recurring issues and delivery blockers, ensuring timely escalation.
- Challenge senior stakeholders, delivery leads and suppliers to drive accountability and resolution.
- Provide clear RAID reporting, governance updates and escalation recommendations.
- Work closely with Planning, Delivery Assurance, Architecture, Business Analysis, Testing and Release teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior RAID, Dependency Management or Integrated Delivery Management role within a complex transformation programme.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional dependencies across multiple technology domains and third-party suppliers.
- Strong understanding of integrated delivery plans, critical paths, programme milestones and governance.
- Experience supporting PI planning, test planning, environment planning and release readiness.
- Confidence challenging senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive ownership and resolution.
- Strong programme-level reporting, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
