Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a contract role focused on a large IT transformation project. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive key initiatives within CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, while working in a hybrid setting with both on-site and remote responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering and analysis to support business systems transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Support systems integration and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.
- Engage in business process analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of CRM solutions and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Monitor project progress and report results to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong background in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with systems implementation and transformation.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with business process analysis and improvement techniques.
- Strong understanding of systems integration principles.
- Ability to effectively work in a hybrid work environment.
