Overview
We are seeking an SAP Functional Consultant specializing in Tax to support a major global pharmaceutical client on a hybrid contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the client's finance and compliance teams to enhance indirect tax business processes and ensure alignment with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of indirect tax requirements in the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to contribute to global projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams to analyze and optimize indirect tax processes.
- Implement and configure SAP Document and Reporting Compliance for tax reporting.
- Conduct data analysis to support compliance with domestic and international tax regulations.
- Deliver training and support to user groups on tax-related SAP functionalities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on Tax.
- In-depth knowledge of indirect tax processes specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SAP data elements and data points.
