Overview
The Test Manager will play a critical role in leading the testing workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including business units and technical teams, the Test Manager will oversee the development and execution of test strategies, ensuring alignment with program timelines and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive successful outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end testing workstream for SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Define and execute test strategies, plans, and governance processes.
- Manage integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and deployment readiness.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
- Ensure test activities align with program timelines, risks, and delivery objectives.
- Drive test quality and support successful go-live outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale SAP programs.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
- Background in leading end-to-end, integration, and UAT testing activities.
- Experience in complex transformation environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
