Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to support a significant Finance and Technology transformation initiative within a large, multi-location organization. This role will focus on delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance and other enterprise applications, collaborating with senior stakeholders and technology partners to implement business-critical upgrades and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP and Enterprise Application projects from planning to hypercare.
- Lead project activities across SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C).
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, milestones, resources, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, Finance stakeholders, System Integrators, and external technology partners.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder reporting.
- Oversee upgrades, testing, cutover, deployment, and transition into business-as-usual support.
- Drive project progress, resolve delivery challenges, and achieve agreed objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management with a focus on SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and associated business processes.
- Experience across R2R, P2P, and O2C business cycles.
- Exposure to SAP Ariba, Concur, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is advantageous.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, including testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualifications are desirable.
