Overview
The SAP WM Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting an SAP implementation for a manufacturing client primarily focused on SAP Warehouse Management. This position demands collaboration with the manufacturing business and the SAP team, requiring onsite work based in South Wales approximately 30% of the time. The consultant will be responsible for leading configuration workshops, cutover testing, and driving the project forward as the sole WM expert.
Responsibilities
- Assist with SAP implementation for a manufacturing client.
- Conduct configuration workshops to review builds.
- Manage cutover testing processes.
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing business and SAP team.
- Drive project progress as the sole WM expert.
- Take ownership of solution requirements.
- Integrate SAP Warehouse and Logistics functionalities within S/4HANA.
- Support the use of handheld and mobile devices in the warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in SAP Warehouse Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP Logistics Integration.
- Expertise in S/4HANA systems.
- Proficient with handheld and mobile device integration.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of project solutions.
- Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops effectively.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Must be based in the UK with the right to work; visa sponsorship is not available.
