Overview
We are looking for two experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Data Migration Consultants to join a remote project focused on data migration. The consultants will play a critical role in preparing, loading, troubleshooting, and reconciling data migrations into the Employee Central module, ensuring data integrity and supporting go-live activities.
Responsibilities
- Support data migration loads into SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Prepare and manage EC import templates.
- Execute data imports directly into SuccessFactors.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve import errors and rejected records.
- Manage migration issues, exceptions, and data quality concerns.
- Reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data migration experience.
- Strong understanding of EC data structures, objects, and dependencies.
- Experience with data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and loading.
- Ability to investigate and resolve migration and import issues.
- Experience supporting testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
