Overview
We are seeking an SC Cleared Data Engineer for a fully remote long-term project with a government consultancy. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team to implement data transformations and ensure the integrity of SQL databases. This role requires a strong background in PostgreSQL and active SC clearance to efficiently manage and develop database solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data transformations within PostgreSQL.
- Enhance and maintain SQL databases to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Conduct database design and architecture tasks.
- Perform regular database performance tuning and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols.
- Facilitate a one-stage interview process with relevant teams.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with PostgreSQL/Postgres.
- Proven expertise in SQL development and database design.
- Understanding of data transformation techniques.
- Active SC Clearance.
