Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to take on a critical role in designing, building, and deploying complex AI systems. This position allows you to work in a hybrid setting while taking genuine technical ownership of AI systems from architecture through to production. You will leverage your expertise in Python, LLMs, and multi-agent architectures to develop innovative solutions that operate reliably at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy complex AI systems from end to end.
- Develop and implement multi-agent and agentic workflows.
- Engineer for reliability, latency, scale, and failure handling.
- Build large-scale multimodal search and retrieval pipelines.
- Set technical direction and influence engineering standards.
- Deploy systems across cloud, on-prem, and offline environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Drive improvements in AI system architecture and performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and production software engineering.
- Commercial experience with agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with LLM/VLM integration using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
- Experience in building large-scale retrieval systems using RAG techniques.
- Proficient in Docker, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Background in production AI/ML deployment and MLOps.
- Strong technical ownership experience at Senior or Lead Engineer level.
- Experience with Kubernetes and observability is a plus.
