Overview
The Senior D365 F&O Finance Consultant will play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme in the Nordics, collaborating with a Microsoft partner. This senior, hands-on position focuses on owning the Finance and Invoice-to-Cash delivery process from requirements gathering through to solution design, configuration, and deployment, ensuring that the project meets all specifications and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Finance / Invoice-to-Cash delivery including requirements gathering and solution design.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O Finance solutions based on business requirements.
- Conduct testing and oversee the deployment of the Finance module solutions.
- Lead workstreams and coordinate activities across various teams including business, architecture, and development.
- Collaborate with integration and testing teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide expertise in Invoice-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Advise on best practices for multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on configuration and functional solution design skills within D365 F&O.
- Extensive knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, general ledger, tax, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multi-entity and multi-currency financial environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is a plus.
