Overview
The Senior HCM Workday Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the Workday ecosystem for an international business undergoing significant transformation. This hands-on contract position will involve close collaboration with HR stakeholders to drive improvements and streamline processes related to the employee lifecycle. The successful contractor will take ownership of configuration activities and support various projects related to organisational growth and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Build, test and optimise business processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Support data quality, validation and system integrity initiatives.
- Assist with Workday releases, enhancements and change requests.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to streamline and automate manual processes.
- Support a range of ongoing projects, including organisational growth initiatives and business change programmes.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience working hands-on with Workday HCM.
- Experience supporting Workday within a complex, international environment.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations across HR, payroll, recruitment and learning systems.
