Overview
We are seeking a Senior Principal Workday Financial Consultant to lead complex client engagements and shape solution design. This hybrid role involves connecting finance, data, and technical teams to deliver scalable accounting and reporting solutions, leveraging deep expertise in Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and Prism Analytics. The ideal candidate will have significant ERP consulting experience, particularly with Workday Financials, and must be eligible for SC clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements to deliver scalable accounting and reporting solutions.
- Shape solution design by integrating finance and technical requirements.
- Utilize deep expertise in Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and Prism Analytics.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and guide consulting teams.
- Implement accounting rules, journal processing, and reporting datasets as required.
- Oversee multi-workstream programmes to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of ERP consulting experience.
- 5+ years of implementation experience with Workday Financials.
- Strong expertise in Accounting Center and Prism Analytics.
- Experience with accounting rules, journal processing, datasets, and reporting.
- Proven track record of leading complex programmes.
- Strong consulting leadership and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must have been resident in the UK for the past five years and legally entitled to work in the UK.
