Overview
The role of a Senior Principal Workday Financials Consultant involves leading complex client engagements and creating scalable accounting and reporting solutions. The contractor will collaborate with finance, data, and technical teams and will utilize their extensive knowledge of Workday Financials to shape solution design. This position is hybrid, primarily targeting candidates based in or around London.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements involving Workday Financials.
- Shape solution design by integrating finance and technical requirements.
- Connect finance, data, and technical teams to deliver accounting solutions.
- Utilize expertise in Accounting Center and Prism Analytics to guide projects.
- Oversee implementation of accounting rules, journal processing, and reporting.
- Manage and lead multi-workstream programmes effectively.
- Provide consulting leadership to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of ERP consulting experience.
- 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Center and Prism Analytics.
- Experience with accounting rules, journal processing, and reporting datasets.
- Proven track record of leading complex programmes.
- Must have been a UK resident for the past five years.
- Eligibility for SC clearance or possess current SC Clearance.
