Overview
The Senior Infrastructure Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of infrastructure projects across a large manufacturing estate within the food and beverage sector. This position requires collaboration with technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, while managing operational constraints and overseeing the implementation of complex technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure delivery across multiple sites and workstreams.
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and site stakeholders.
- Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Review technical designs and implementation plans.
- Support site surveys, deployments, testing, cutover, and handover.
- Manage suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed outcomes.
- Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong infrastructure delivery experience in FMCG or Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
- Technical understanding of networks, servers, cloud, hosting, connectivity, identity, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Experience working in complex, site-based environments, particularly in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Proven supplier and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience taking infrastructure projects through implementation and operational handover.
- Comfortable with technical detail beyond simple project management.
- Familiarity with Smart Manufacturing is ideal.
