Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer specializing in B2B SaaS to join our team, either in a hybrid capacity from London or fully remotely within the UK. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing user experience (UX) while leveraging their strong user interface (UI) design expertise to create intuitive experiences. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders, the contractor will tackle complex workflows and ensure that both user and business needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-centered experiences for complex B2B SaaS products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create intuitive user journeys.
- Create and maintain design systems while utilizing Figma for prototypes and visual design.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to influence and guide design decisions.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Deliver projects on time while adapting to rapidly changing requirements in a commercial environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Senior Product Design within B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in UX design, including interaction design and information architecture.
- Solid foundation in UI and visual design practices.
- Experience with Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- Comfortable in high-pressure situations and adapting to complex product landscapes.
- Previous experience in private sector contracting is essential.
- A portfolio showcasing UX thinking, problem-solving, and design impact.
- Experience or projects relating to AI design concepts are highly desirable.
