Overview
This role seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the Supply Chain Systems replacement programme as part of a broader digital transformation initiative. The contractor will collaborate closely with the CTO and Director of Delivery to guide the project from initial discovery and planning through vendor selection and implementation, ensuring successful integration with existing operations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of the supply chain systems replacement programme.
- Drive the consolidation of requirements from multiple legacy systems into a clear implementation process.
- Build and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, and governance forums.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and business change.
- Lead vendor engagement and ensure alignment with business and operational outcomes.
- Manage migration, transition, and operational readiness activities.
- Facilitate decision-making and risk management across complex workstreams.
- Establish strong delivery controls and governance practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Delivery or Programme Management for complex supply chain technology projects.
- Strong track record in legacy system replacement and platform consolidation.
- Experience implementing enterprise Supply Chain products through major vendor-led initiatives.
- Proficiency in vendor selection, RFPs, and contract management.
- Understanding of migration, operational readiness, and dependency management.
- Experience managing systems integrators and third-party implementation partners.
- Excellent skills in governance, planning, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to operate effectively across technical and operational teams.
