Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to take on a pivotal role within a significant Salesforce programme as a Salesforce Functional Lead. In this contract position, the consultant will lead functional delivery, particularly focusing on the Agentforce implementation, and will engage directly with both business and technical stakeholders. This is a client-facing role that requires a mix of technical expertise and strong collaboration skills in order to translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional delivery across Salesforce Agentforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Take ownership of the Agentforce implementation, including discovery and use-case definition through configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Design and configure Agentforce solutions and associated business processes.
- Identify and define suitable Agentforce use cases based on business requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flow, objects, fields, and permissions.
- Lead functional solution design across both Sales and Service Clouds.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Agentforce implementation.
- Proven track record of taking Agentforce solutions from requirements through to implementation.
- Strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and declarative development, especially Flow.
- Experience leading requirements gathering and solution-design workshops.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce business processes and functional architecture.
- Previous experience in consulting or professional services is highly desirable.
