Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant / Business Analyst to engage in a Consumer Goods Cloud program, focusing on understanding business processes and requirements. In this client-facing role, the contractor will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring the delivery of solutions that add real value to field sales and retail execution. The position is primarily hybrid, offering flexibility while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather insights on processes, pain points, and objectives.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with the delivery team to maintain it.
- Advise clients on best practices for Consumer Goods Cloud regarding retail execution and visit planning.
- Serve as a trusted client-facing point of contact throughout the engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Senior Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Experience managing a backlog in an Agile delivery environment.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with senior client stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst or Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional are advantageous.
