Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead a key Consumer Goods Cloud delivery. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing the technical direction of the program, guiding the delivery team, and serving as the primary technical representative with senior client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience in Salesforce to translate business needs into effective solutions while ensuring project deliverables are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and design of the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud program.
- Guide and support the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for senior client stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure project adherence to technical governance and best practices.
- Provide hands-on leadership and expert guidance on Salesforce functionality.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any technical issues that arise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Architect.
- Proven experience leading a Consumer Goods Cloud project end to end.
- Strong track record in project leadership and team delivery.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly engage and contribute in a short-term contract role.
