Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI Integration to take on a key role within a dynamic software engineering team. This position involves collaborating closely with developers to integrate AI-powered tools and technologies into existing workflows, thereby enhancing productivity and modernizing engineering practices. The contract has an initial term of three months, with the potential for extension up to 18 months, and requires on-site presence three days a week.
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of AI within the software engineering team.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate AI-powered tools into the development lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Agents.
- Improve engineering workflows through automation and AI integration.

Requirements
- Proven experience developing software using C# and .NET.
