Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud for a long-term contract focused on a major digital transformation program in the public sector. The successful candidate will provide strategic technical leadership and collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with the client's architectural, security, and governance requirements. This role requires substantial expertise in enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, particularly in ERP, HCM, EPM, and integration services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across various services.
- Define and maintain strategic architecture and solution roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with digital principles and governance frameworks.
- Provide architecture assurance for designs from third-party suppliers.
- Review supplier designs to validate architecture and technology choices.
- Lead architectural decision-making across workstreams.
- Define integration approaches for Oracle Fusion and enterprise systems.
- Support the design and architectural oversight of integrations and quarterly releases.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead or Principal Solution Architect on large enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Experienced in architecting solutions across Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and cloud integration services.
- Expertise in developing solution architecture and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with working in multi-supplier environments.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integrations and APIs.
- Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
- Experience in public sector architecture principles, particularly in UK Central Government.
