Overview
This role involves taking a leadership position as a Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics for a government department. You will guide the technical delivery of a key publishing user journey while integrating generative AI tools into the process. Collaborating closely with internal Digital, Data, and Technology teams, you will ensure the architecture is secure, scalable, and meets public sector compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and architectural direction for the multidisciplinary publishing team.
- Design and implement a secure, compliant, and scalable publishing user journey using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advocate for design-for-reuse principles, utilizing existing common components.
- Integrate generative AI tooling into the project to enhance delivery and inform future phases.
- Make engineering, security, and compliance decisions that can serve as a guiding blueprint.
- Collaborate effectively with client DDaT teams, influencing the broader program.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics architecture and technical leadership.
- Proven experience in designing complex case management solutions.
- Familiarity with public sector or heavily regulated environments is preferred.
- Understanding of secure-by-design principles and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of generative AI and its application in software delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaborative leadership skills.
