Transformation Consultant

Overview

The Transformation Consultant (Healthcare) will play a key role in supporting a healthcare transformation consultancy focused on modernizing services for public and private health providers. This contract position will work within a diverse team, providing expertise in various facets such as programme management, change management, and performance reporting while driving improvements across healthcare systems. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to work from home and meet clients on-site in or around London.

Responsibilities

  • Manage governance, set up and operate PMO functions, and oversee RAID reporting.
  • Implement integrated planning and scheduling, utilizing MS Project for complex programme management.
  • Track and validate benefits realization and performance outcomes through established frameworks.
  • Conduct programme risk management and assurance activities.
  • Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring engagement from clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Support data and reporting processes using tools like Power BI.

Requirements

  • Consulting background preferred, with prior experience as an independent consultant.
  • Proven track record in healthcare transformations, particularly in digital programme delivery.
  • Familiarity with PMO management, integrated planning, and risk assurance practices.
  • Experience with data reporting and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
