Overview

This part-time contract position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned UK Payroll Subject Matter Expert or Project Lead to spearhead a Benefits in Kind (BiK) Transformation Project. Working remotely, the contractor will drive the end-to-end transition of BiK processes, collaborating with HR, Finance, Tax, and Reward stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency through effective communication and structured change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end review and transition of Benefits in Kind processes and P11D reporting.
• Map out and design payroll transformation workflows and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Senior HR, Finance, Tax, and Reward teams to align on project milestones.
• Develop and implement clear communication plans to support employee transitions in benefit reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a UK Payroll SME or Project Lead, particularly in Benefits in Kind and P11Ds.
• Hands-on experience in payroll transformation and process design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in change management and employee communications.
