Overview
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer for a three-month contract that offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to contribute to a vital discovery phase of a digital project. In this role, you will apply human-centered design principles to create intuitive and accessible interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user experience aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and stakeholder input to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design to ensure the project remains innovative and competitive.
- Document design specifications and maintain design consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong background in UX/UI design with proven experience in designing complex digital applications.
- Creative portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions is essential.
- Proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma, is required.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze user feedback and translate insights into effective design strategies.
