Overview
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer for a 3-month contract with a hybrid working model. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience of a key discovery project, utilizing your creative insights and human-centered design approach to develop intuitive and accessible interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to impactful digital solutions while enhancing your portfolio with innovative design work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- Incorporate feedback from testing and stakeholder reviews to refine designs for optimal usability and aesthetic appeal.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive and innovative products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a compelling portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma.
- Strong research skills to analyze user feedback and translate it into effective design strategies.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards design and problem-solving.
