Overview
Join our team as a Vehicle Technician, where you will support a critical fleet maintenance initiative while working within a skilled and supportive environment. In this role, you will perform inspections, servicing, and repairs on various fleet platforms, ensuring their operational readiness and compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with other technicians and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in vehicle operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across designated fleet platforms.
- Complete follow-on maintenance to ensure full safety and compliance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections.
- Upgrade vehicles to operational standards and resolve defects identified during quality examinations.
- Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety policies at all times.
Requirements
- Level 3 IMI, NVQ, City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician, preferably with military, commercial, or fleet background.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with fleet asset tracking.
- Eligible for BPSS clearance, with support provided for sponsorship.
