Overview
The AI Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming the AI aspirations of a consultancy into actionable, high-impact changes across the organization. This position requires collaboration with various teams to assess current workflows, identify AI opportunities, and enable the adoption of AI tools while maintaining the integrity and quality expected by clients. The role is office-based for three days a week and is designed for an individual who is passionate about AI and skilled in driving sustainable change.
Responsibilities
- Assess current workflows and identify high-value AI opportunities.
- Build and deliver a practical AI enablement roadmap.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of AI across consulting and business functions.
- Improve knowledge management and support technical projects related to AI.
- Create guidance, training, and governance for responsible AI use.
- Translate technical opportunities into credible business cases.
- Manage contractors or delivery partners as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in AI enablement, automation, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in organizations.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, particularly with senior leadership.
