Overview
The AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing and launching production-grade AI systems, focusing specifically on Agentic AI capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with senior technical and business stakeholders to create scalable products while having full ownership of the development lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Python and modern AI tooling.
- Own the complete development lifecycle from architecture and development to evaluation, deployment, and production launch.
- Address complex challenges related to agent orchestration, tool use, state management, memory, reliability, evaluation, and observability.
- Collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders to translate Agentic AI capabilities into scalable, high-impact products.
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience in building and launching Agentic AI solutions into production.
- Deep hands-on proficiency in Python and tools such as LangGraph/LangChain.
- Experience in taking AI products from concept to live deployment with a strong 0→1 mindset.
- Strong foundation in software engineering, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and innovate solutions.
