Overview
We are seeking an experienced AWS Project Manager to oversee cloud-focused delivery initiatives, specifically large-scale Contact Centre migrations. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and representing the project with credibility in high-visibility environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end projects within the AWS ecosystem.
- Lead programmes from discovery through to go-live.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and customer stakeholders.
- Drive delivery governance, RAID management, timelines, and reporting.
- Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and customer updates.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and represent the project with credibility.
Requirements
- AWS experience is essential with proven delivery within the AWS cloud ecosystem.
- Background in project management.
- Strong customer-facing skills with polished communication and confident presentation.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive outcomes in fast-moving environments.
- SCRUM Certified or equivalent certification (CSM, PSM).
- Experience with Amazon Connect, telephony migrations, or cloud contact centre tooling.
- Background working with consultancies or enterprise-scale clients.
