Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data360 / Data Cloud Architect to drive the strategy, design, and delivery of unified data architectures for an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you will act as the primary technical authority, linking enterprise data infrastructure with operational CRM and AI capabilities, while collaborating closely with architects and business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Data360 / Data Cloud implementations.
- Design robust data models, streams, and integration patterns for seamless data flow across platforms.
- Establish identity resolution frameworks and unified data schemas to enhance real-time activation.
- Guide data engineering teams on best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and data governance councils on cross-departmental workflows.
- Oversee data governance and ensure compliance with established data standards and practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise data platform architecture and implementation experience, specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud / Data360.
- Advanced knowledge of Identity Resolution, Data Streams, and Calculated Insights.
- Proficient in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and ETL/ELT architectures.
- Experience with Zero-Copy architecture and data federation with external data lakes/warehouses.
- Strong understanding of downstream capabilities linked to Data360, including AI model integration.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
