Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer specializing in Angular to join a dynamic Agile team focused on delivering modern, responsive web applications. In this fully remote contract position, the contractor will collaborate with UX designers, product owners, back-end developers, and testers to create intuitive user interfaces and high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing modular components and optimizing application performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components aligned with established design standards.
- Create engaging, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate concepts and requirements into functional solutions.
- Optimize application performance and resolve complex front-end issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to code reviews and uphold development best practices.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience developing applications with Angular.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive and mobile-first web applications.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git, npm, Angular CLI, and modern front-end tooling.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
