Overview
The BMS Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing a major Building Management Systems (BMS) project, ensuring successful installation and commissioning processes. This hands-on contract position requires collaboration with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver the project efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate will bring significant BMS project experience and a proactive approach to drive the project towards completion, particularly through Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the BMS installation and ensure works are delivered to schedule.
- Support the project through the commissioning phase.
- Drive the project through to Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion.
- Take ownership of project delivery and ensure all requirements are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing BMS installations and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of project management processes for BMS projects.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Integrated Systems Testing (IST) processes.
- Availability to start immediately or soon after.
