Overview
The Business Analyst will work on integration projects focusing on D365/Microsoft Dynamics CE while primarily working from home. The role involves frequent travel across France to meet with acquired businesses to assess their CRM requirements and overlay them onto D365. The contractor will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that business processes are effectively documented and integrated into the system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis for CRM integration into D365/Microsoft Dynamics CE.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants to develop solutions for identified gaps.
- Review and document end-to-end business processes for multiple acquired businesses.
- Define and manage business requirements to support the D365 product roadmap.
- Act as a central point of knowledge for D365-related business processes and requirements.
- Travel to site locations to scope and assess business needs, requiring overnight stays.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process integration.
- Experience with D365/Microsoft Dynamics CE implementation or CRM-oriented business analysis.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on future-state design.
- Fluent in French (C1 level or higher) is essential.
- Access to a car and willingness to travel regularly across France is required.
