Overview
The Business Analyst (Microsoft 365) role involves providing professional analysis to support various Microsoft projects within the Government and Public Sector. This contract position requires the analyst to bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions while collaborating primarily in a remote environment, with occasional team meetings in the office. The focus will be on understanding organizational processes and ensuring that Microsoft products effectively meet user needs and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and understand complex business problems or opportunities within the Microsoft environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and explore technical options.
- Elicit, analyse, challenge, and validate business and user needs.
- Create visual representations of business workflows (As-Is and To-Be).
- Manage relationships with technical teams and business leads to ensure alignment.
- Support the representation of business scenarios during testing to ensure technical delivery meets requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Analysis within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Power Apps, and Azure.
- Familiarity with requirements management and process modelling methodologies.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- BPSS clearance is required; SC Clearance is a plus.
