Overview
The Business Architect for the Claims Discovery Project will lead a focused initial phase that assesses the client's current claims operating model and processes, with an eye toward future improvements involving Docosoft. This role is suited for someone with strong expertise in business architecture within the London Market insurance sector, particularly in claims, and will involve significant interaction with key stakeholders. There is potential for the role to extend beyond the initial discovery phase into implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery phase of the claims operating model assessment.
- Evaluate current versus future-state capabilities and business processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.
- Develop documentation outlining improved operating models and processes.
- Assess the integration of Docosoft into the claims workflow.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with London Market standards.
- Provide recommendations based on findings to guide future enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Architect in the London Market insurance sector, particularly in claims.
- Strong understanding of Open Market and Delegated Authority claims processes.
- Experience in assessing current and future-state capabilities and operating models.
- Knowledge of the London Market ecosystem, including relevant platforms and brokers.
- Familiarity with claims platforms, workflow management, and automation tools, especially Docosoft.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
