Overview
We are seeking Change Managers specializing in life sciences for a series of contract roles, focusing on large-scale transformation programs. Successful candidates will work within a consultancy that emphasizes business and digital transformation, collaborating closely with clients to enhance technology adoption and improve organizational models. The roles offer the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to impactful change initiatives over a project duration of 5-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver end-to-end change approaches across technology adoption, operating models, or organisational transformation.
- Build the case for change, assess functional impacts, and develop clear change and adoption roadmaps.
- Engage senior stakeholders, align leaders, and build support across complex functions.
- Deliver change readiness, communications, training, and resistance management activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally within a consulting environment.
- 1+ years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a consultant.
- Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders and leading change initiatives.
