Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Change Manager for a 3-6 month contract focused on the coordination and embedding of change within cyber security, data, and AI programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and programme teams to ensure the successful adoption of change initiatives and the integration of new processes across the organization. Immediate start is available for this hybrid role, allowing for both on-site and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a cohesive change management plan aligned with organizational outcomes.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across the organisation.
- Develop persona groups to guide change planning efforts effectively.
- Design and implement necessary change management interventions to foster a culture of acceptance.
- Collaborate with programme teams to refine and execute the change plan during implementation.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to facilitate behaviour change.
- Apply Prosci® ADKAR methodology consistently throughout the change lifecycle.
- Support the transition to Business As Usual and promote continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience in delivering data and technology change within transformation programmes.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful change management strategies.
- Expert knowledge of business change frameworks and techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing organizational complexities related to data and technology transformations.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on planning and risk management.
- Background in collaborating with external partners to deliver change initiatives.
