Overview
The IT Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of key software projects within the public sector, focusing on integration and user experience improvements. Responsibilities

- Integrate transactional COTS software within inter-organizational frameworks to enhance task-driven operations.
- Oversee the testing and design of systems integration, ensuring functional requirements are met.
- Conduct digital surveys and audits to gather feedback and inform project direction.
- Maintain open communication among stakeholders to navigate project challenges effectively.
- Uphold team morale by providing support and encouragement in high-pressure situations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT projects within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of delivering transactional COTS software and SaaS vendor management.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Functional expertise in end-user software delivery and system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across organizations.
- Understanding of digital forms, surveys, and audit processes in project contexts.
- Ability to communicate confidently and lead diverse project teams under pressure.
- Security clearance (BPSS/CTC) required prior to starting the role.
