Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to oversee the successful implementation of enterprise-level CRM projects. In this contract role, you will manage the entire project lifecycle while collaborating closely with both business and technical teams, ensuring that stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery management are effectively executed. The position allows for hybrid working with minimal travel to client sites as required, and you will report directly to the Talent Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation programmes.
- Manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps to track delivery and progress.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technical departments.
- Ensure effective financial management including forecasting, timesheet tracking, budgeting, and invoicing.
- Provide clear reporting and communication to senior leadership and programme governance boards.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Drive delivery through internal teams, third-party suppliers, and client stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently, ensuring delivery remains on track across several client engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering enterprise CRM implementation projects.
- Strong background managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex multi-stream projects within matrix environments.
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform and CRM delivery lifecycle.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and delivery teams through to successful go-live.
- Formal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent) is desirable.
- Experience working with Microsoft Partners, digital transformation consultancies, or systems integrators is a plus.
