Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 Functional Consultant who specializes in Supply Chain to join a major transformation program in the FMCG sector. The consultant will work on a large-scale Dynamics 365 rollout, focusing on optimizing supply chain operations across multiple countries. This role involves collaborating with various teams, designing D365 solutions, and ensuring best practices throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Design D365 Supply Chain solutions tailored for complex FMCG operations.
- Gather requirements from Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, and solution design sessions.
- Configure D365 F&SCM and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Support processes related to inventory, procurement, WMS, TMS, and cost management.
- Facilitate data migration, integration, and functional design across the project.
- Assist with FAT/UAT, testing, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams across various countries to ensure scalability of solutions.
Requirements
- Strong functional experience with D365 F&SCM in Supply Chain.
- Experience working within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Retail environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, and WMS.
- Exposure to TMS, Asset Management, Sales & Marketing, Service Management, and Cost Management.
- Proven track record with end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
- Previous experience with AX 2012 alongside D365 F&O.
- Strong stakeholder management and functional design skills.
- Experience in Agile transformation programs.
