Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Interoperability Architect for a crucial project within the defence sector. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in solutions architecture, data architecture, or integration architecture, who can effectively design and deliver solutions to enable secure and efficient data sharing across various systems and platforms. The successful candidate will work remotely and must hold an active Security Clearance (SC).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data interoperability and solutions architecture.
- Define technical approaches for integrating data across multiple systems, applications, and platforms.
- Enable secure and effective data exchange between enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business analysts and technical stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
- Translate business needs into practical technical architecture designs.
- Identify opportunities to improve data sharing, consistency, and accessibility.
- Support integration across enterprise applications, including CRM platforms where relevant.
- Ensure architectural solutions align with applicable security and operational requirements within the defence environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Strong understanding of data integration, systems integration, and interoperability.
- Experience designing technical solutions across multiple applications or platforms.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and develop appropriate architectural designs.
- Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, data exchange, or CRM systems is beneficial.
- Defence, government, or national security sector experience is advantageous.
- Active, valid UK SC clearance is mandatory.
