Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with active UKIC DV Clearance for a 12-month contract role. This position involves working with cutting-edge technology and requires a strong hands-on background in DevOps Software Engineering, particularly with Kubernetes, Linux, and Azure/Cloud. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement DevOps solutions to enhance deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and automate cloud services using Kubernetes and Azure.
- Ensure system reliability and performance through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Assist in security practices and compliance in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- Active UKIC DV Clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience in DevOps Software Engineering, particularly with Kubernetes and Linux.
- Strong knowledge of Azure/Cloud services and management.
- Experience in secure government programmes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SecOps or Zero Trust models is an advantage.
- Relevant DevOps, Cloud, or other technology certifications are preferred.
- A self-starting attitude with a passion for continuous learning in DevOps practices.
